30-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.uptotheceiling@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@uptotheceiling.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
